This was kinda tricky but i think I did it right
Steps:
1. Create a new database/table in zoho
2. Add columns for product, cost, revenue, profit and profit margin
3. Format columns
4. enter formulas for profit & profit margin
5. Publish database
6. copy to blog & forums
